Mr. Yin represented a large number of civil and commercial cases, in particular, a large number of non-performing assets disposal cases of financial companies, banks and non-bank financial leasing companies, involving industrial land- and commercial land-related real estate disposal cases, large-scale mergers and acquisitions and reorganization projects, being familiar with the various processes, procedures and rules, in a flexible and effective disposal method, receiving a higher appraisal from clients.

Mr. Yin is good at representing all kinds of commercial litigation, with deep knowledge of litigation skills and defense strategies. His main practice areas include financial cases, commercial cases, disposal of non-performing assets, enforcement judgment and implementation of judicial enforcement cases.
