• Represented RH Capital on its formation of RMB real estate investment funds and investment in real estate development projects in China.
• Represented Caitong Asset on its formation of special asset management schemes and investment in real estate projects in China.
• Represented Auchan Group of France on its investment in, acquisition and disposition of, and joint venture with respect to, commercial real estate projects in Chengdu, Nanjing, Ningbo, Beijing and Suzhou, China.
• Advised real estate investment funds managed by Gaw Capital on the investment in, acquisition and disposition of, and joint venture with respect to, real estate projects in China.
• Advised Zhong'an Group on its real estate investment and acquisition in Beijing and Hangzhou.
• Represented Warburg Pincus in its investment into Red Star Macalline - the largest national furniture retail chain in China, and its investment in certain mixed-use commercial properties in Xi’an, China.
• Represented Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investment Fund in its investment in Motel 168 Hotel Group in China.
• Represented Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse in their investments in certain mixed use commercial properties in Beijing and Shanghai (which include office tower, five star hotel, high-end apartments and chain restaurants).
• Represented Cendant Group in its projects involving Ramada and Wyndham hotels.
  

Real Estate Development:

• Represented Zhong'an Group on its hotel management contract with Holiday Inn, a subsidiary of InterContinental Hotels Group, for a property in Hangzhou.
• Represented Zhong'an Group on its real estate development projects in Hangzhou, including service apartment, shopping mall, five-star hotel, office building.
• Represented Zhong'an Group in its high-end large-scale residential development projects in Hefei, including villa, row apartments, and clubhouse.
• Advised Auchan Group of France on its pre-leasing arrangements with IKEA Group with respect to three shopping malls in Wuxi, Beijing and Wuhan, China.
• Represented Harmony Parking - a specialized real estate firm (which is financially backed by Oaktree Capital) in its parking facility development, investment and operation in China.

Real Estate Finance:

• Advised real estate funds managed by Gaw Capital in relation to their offshore US dollar financing and refinancing for acquisition of real estate projects in China.
• Represented Zhong'an Group on its domestic and offshore bank financing and private equity financing.
• Advised Zhong'an Group on its corporate structure and restructuring, corporate governance, prospectus preparation, and listing hearing related to its Hong Kong IPO.
