The Conference explores recent reform and new regulations introduced by the Shanghai Government on further simplifying and streamlining the registration of property process in Shanghai in response to the most recent round of Doing Business survey by the World Bank, to which, Gao Kai partner Charles Wu has been an expert contributor for many consecutive years.

This Conference is the continuation of the earlier one held in January 2021.  The Conference introduces the Construction Permits Reform Version 4.0 – a more comprehensive reform in this complicated area.

Gao Kai partner Charles Wu was again invited to attend this Conference to discuss with government officials and peer experts on this important topic, so to facilitate the newest round of Doing Business survey conducted by the World Bank.

Gao Kai partner Charles Wu received a certificate from the World Bank in appreciation of his continued participation in the Doing Business survey for China.  Mr. Wu has been contributing to the Construction Permits and Registration of Property indicators in the survey for many consecutive years.
