Representative Work

• Represented a state-owned bank in its non-performing loan after three years of closing of the judicial implementation procedure, as a result of recovery of 75% of the principal and interest by entering into a repayment agreement with one of the debtors, an electronic technology company.
• A bank's non-performing assets disposal case, after the mortgage auction failed for three times, representing the bank in its consultation with auction house and buyer to form a feasible disposal plan.
• Represented a plaintiff in the case of a financial loan contract dispute of a pawn company, in seeking the defendant's hidden property and exercising the creditor's right of revocation.
• Represented a construction engineering company as a defendant in a construction contract dispute, and finally won the counterclaim against the plaintiff after analyzing the quality of the project.
• Represented clients in designing litigation strategy resulting recovering most of the losses in a case involving civil and criminal notary liabilities and loan fraud where clients failed to claim their rights for eight years.
• Represented the defendant in a criminal case of a commercial crime involving the sale of counterfeit registered trademarks as a result of reduction of the amount of the crime by a quarter by collecting the evidence that are accepted by the prosecutor and the judge.
• Represented a victim of a fraud crime as suspect in an intentional injury caused by the fraud case as a result of not prosecuting the suspect after repeated communication with the prosecutor about the defense opinion.
